On the stones
Is the rose quartz real?
Yes. Each piece is cut from natural rose quartz. Slight variations in colour and veining between pieces are how a real stone differs from resin.
Will the stones chip or crack?
Treated as you would a piece of fine porcelain, they will keep for a lifetime. Avoid sudden temperature changes and hard surfaces.
Can I put them in the fridge?
A cool stone helps with morning puffiness. The fridge is well within reason. The freezer is not.
On the ritual
How often should I use it?
Daily, for visible change. Occasionally, for the simple pleasure of it. There is no wrong frequency.
Do I need to use a facial oil?
Yes — the stone needs to glide. Any facial oil will do; a few drops is plenty.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The tools work alongside your existing skincare without introducing anything new.
How long should the ritual take?
Ten minutes is about right. Longer is welcome.
On keeping them well
How do I clean the tools?
Rinse in cool water after each use and dry with a soft cloth. The silicone brush rinses clean under running water.
Where do I keep them?
The linen pouch the set arrives in is suitable for daily storage and for travel.
On orders
How quickly do you despatch?
Orders are prepared and sent from London within one working day. Most UK orders arrive within two to three working days from despatch.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
At present, we despatch within the United Kingdom only. International despatch will follow.
Can I return the set?
Yes. We accept returns within thirty days. Please see our Shipping & Returns for the full notice.
