Processing time
All orders are prepared and sent from London within one working day of being placed. Orders placed after midday on Friday are despatched the following Monday.
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details where one is provided by the carrier.
Delivery time
United Kingdom: 2–3 working days from despatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.
Shipping costs
Complimentary delivery on United Kingdom orders over £50. Below that amount, a flat rate of £3.95 is added at checkout.
International
At present, we despatch within the United Kingdom only. International despatch will follow.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, high demand periods, or external factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Incorrect address
