How your order reaches you, and how to return it.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United Kingdom, usually within one to two working days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way, with tracking details where provided.

United Kingdom delivery: 2–3 working days from despatch.

Complimentary United Kingdom delivery on orders over £50. Below that amount, a flat £3.95 is added at checkout.

International

At present, we ship within the United Kingdom only. International delivery will follow.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items within thirty days of receipt, for any reason. To begin a return, please write to info@reginaldlondon.co.uk with your order number. We will reply with instructions and a return address.

The items should be returned in their original packaging, unused. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged.

Once the return reaches us and the items are inspected, a refund is issued to the original method of payment, usually within three working days.

If something arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged, write to us within seven days with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
